8.3 Your Rights
Subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to:

- Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from or about you.

California residents may also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable, as we do not collect it) and the right to designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests (for example, by confirming you control the email address associated with the request). We will respond to verifiable requests within the time period required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with a possible extension as permitted by law).
8.5 Appeal Rights (Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia)
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or contacting us at the information in Section 11 and requesting an appeal. We will respond to your appeal within the time period required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia residents may have the right to contact their state Attorney General to submit a complaint.
8.6 No Financial Incentive Programs
We do not currently offer any financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for the retention, sale, or use of your personal information.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
