Effective Date: July 19, 2026 Last Updated: July 19, 2026

1. Introduction

Pinnies From Heaven LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our website located at www.splore-more.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we may disclose it.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our Site, including by submitting an email address through a contact form, newsletter sign-up, or other means, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Any additional information you voluntarily provide in connection with that email (e.g., your name or the content of a message)

We do not currently collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit such information to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the email addresses and related information we collect solely for marketing purposes, including to:

  • Send you newsletters, promotions, product updates, and other marketing communications
  • Understand and analyze how visitors engage with our marketing content
  • Improve our marketing efforts and communications

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your information. However, we may disclose the information we collect in the following limited circumstances:

  • Potential Investors: We may share information with prospective investors or their advisors in connection with due diligence, fundraising, or investment evaluation, provided such parties are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Contractors and Service Providers: We may share information with third-party contractors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., email marketing platforms, IT support, data hosting), solely for the purpose of assisting us in operating the Site and conducting our marketing activities. These parties are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Business Transfers: We may disclose or transfer information to a company that acquires, or proposes to acquire, all or substantially all of our business or assets, whether through merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. In such an event, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information as used by the successor entity.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.

We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain the email addresses and related information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the marketing purposes described in this Policy, or until you opt out of communications, whichever occurs first. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described in Section 7 below.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting us directly at the email address below.
  • Access/Deletion Requests: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Do-Not-Sell: Because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out of sale is necessary; however, residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws (see Section 8).

8. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, as described below. These rights are subject to certain exceptions and limitations set forth in the applicable law, and some laws only apply to businesses that meet specific processing-volume or revenue thresholds.

8.1 Categories of Personal Information

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following category of personal information: identifiers (such as your email address and any name or contact details you voluntarily provide). We collect this information directly from you when you submit it through the Site. We do not collect or infer sensitive personal information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or similar special categories of data through the Site.

8.2 How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We use this information only for our own marketing purposes (see Section 3). We disclose it only as described in Section 4 — to potential investors, to contractors and service providers who help us operate the Site and our marketing program, or to an acquiring company in connection with a business transaction. We do not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

We do not “sell” your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral or “targeted” advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state law. Because we do not engage in either activity, there is no need to submit an opt-out request for sale or targeted advertising, though you may still submit one and we will honor it as confirmation of your preference.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

8.3 Your Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal information, and obtain a copy of it.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from or about you.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Opt Out — opt out of the sale of your personal information, targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. (As noted above, we do not currently engage in any of these practices.)
  • Data Portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format, where applicable.
  • Non-Discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

California residents may also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable, as we do not collect it) and the right to designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf.

8.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit a request to exercise any of the above rights by emailing us at the contact information in Section 11, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests (for example, by confirming you control the email address associated with the request). We will respond to verifiable requests within the time period required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with a possible extension as permitted by law).

8.5 Appeal Rights (Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia)

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or contacting us at the information in Section 11 and requesting an appeal. We will respond to your appeal within the time period required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia residents may have the right to contact their state Attorney General to submit a complaint.

8.6 No Financial Incentive Programs

We do not currently offer any financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for the retention, sale, or use of your personal information.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
